the morning arrives

Yesterday was a bit rough, at least in the morning. It was very very hard to figure on why I should keep traveling or what really is there to return to. Not that I was on the verge of tears...no, the last time that happened was when I was about to graduate from university, but the following Psalms verse comes to mind:

Weeping may last for the night but joy comes with the dawn

(an approximation to be sure) so the dawn has arrived. Later yesterday evening, I met some people, had some great conversation and now things are looking as up as the rising sun.

on another note, i have been out of croatia for nearly a month. i have not stayed the night in zagreb for a while (except for transiting through on the way from Pula to Bucharest). I am soon on my way to Bratislava and then to Amsterdam and on the evening of July 5th, I will be back in Split. Who knows when I will make it back to Zagreb? 11 days to Hrvatska, to beaches to joy, to croatian.
